We are not responsible for any errors that occur from customer personalization, such as misspellings in team names or players, as these entries are made by you. Please note that it is illegal to use trademarked or copyrighted team names such as those from professional and collegiate organizations, and Team Mom Fan Shop will not be held responsible for any fines or penalties given, as the team name entries on the designs are made by you the customer. We sell two products to attach your banner to your banner stand.

Banner Clips: For banners that are the same size/larger than frame: Our banner clips can be used to clip the edge of your banner right to your banner stand poles, they work great for cylindrical poles between .5”-1” in diameter, such as pvc pipe.

Banner Clamps: For banners smaller than the frame: Our bungee clamps are another fantastic way to hang your banner. Banner bungee clamps are better suited for banners that are smaller than their frame or for non-round poles.

Returns/Replacements

If you have any issues with your order, contact us right away so that we can make it right. Personalized items can only be returned for a replacement within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons: Manufacturer defects. If the product is significantly flawed due to a manufacturing defect, you agree to take a photograph of the product(s) and email it to Team Mom Fan Shop at teammomfanshop@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the photograph and approval of a replacement by Team Mom Fan Shop, you can then return the product(s) back within 30 days and you will be sent a replacement of the product.
